Employee Self Service Features

Payroll

· Paycheck data - Including earnings, taxes, deductions and net pay.

· NOTE: Year-To-Date balances are displayed on the current check from payday until the next payroll is confirmed.

· Payroll is normally confirmed a few days before payday; therefore, Year-To-Date balances are not visible between confirm day and payday.Direct Deposit – view current direct deposit bank information.

· Voluntary Deductions – view currently enrolled general deductions (such as Flex, Credit Union, parking, etc.)

 
Taxes

· W-4 Tax Information – View current W-4 Federal tax filing status.

· W-2 Reissue - Request reissue of 1999 through latest year issuedW-2.

· **Form will be printed in Atlanta and then distributed to the organization that originally issued the W-2.**

 
Compensation

· Compensation Information - Review your annual salary and compensation per pay frequency, as well as any variable compensation.

· Compensation History – View basic historical job information related to changes in pay.
 

Leave Balances

· View annual, sick and personal leave balances.
 

Personal Information

· View personal information including name, address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, marital status, gender, and service date.

· Edit home and mailing addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and emergency contact information.


How to Access Team Georgia/Employee Self Service:

1. undefined undefined undefined undefinedFrom your internet browser, log into “Team Georgia” by entering http://team.georgia.gov/in the browser address line.

2. If this is the first time you have logged in to Team Georgia, you will need to register. You will only need to register one time and then can set your options to go directly in to Team Georgia without having to log in.

3. Click “Register Now!” to continue

4. Fill in your State of Georgia (workplace) e-mail address, your first name, last name and agency from the drop down list. Next, complete the city of your office, agency division and private and public phone numbers. The private phone number is optional.

5. Click “Register”.

6. You will be returned to the sign on screen with a message indicating that you have successfully registered and a new password will be e-mailed to you from the server administrator.

7. After you’ve retrieved your new password, log in.

8. Once you’ve successfully logged into the Team Georgia page, Click on the ESS/TEAMWORKS tab. This will take you to the secure log in for Employee Self Service.

9. Click on “ Secure Log-in for Employee Self Service” to access the PeopleSoft log-in page.

10. Enter your Employee ID as the User ID and SSN as the password. (If you do not know your employee id, either ask your HR Department or look at your last pay voucher. It is located immediately to the right of your name on the inside of the voucher and begins with two zeros.)

11. The first time you log on, you will be required to change your password. You must enter your social security number as the current password and key in your new password twice. NOTE: The password field is case sensitive, so take note of whether you have the caps lock on. New passwords must contain at least 8 characters, including one special character (!, @, #, $) and one number. An example of a valid password is: mypass2#

12. Select and answer three different security questions. Click the down arrows to pick a question, and then enter your answer in the response area (these fields are not case sensitive).

14. Enter your workplace e-mail address and click on “Change Password” at the bottom of the screen.

15. Click on “Close Browser”.

16. The next time you log on, you will again use your employee ID as the User ID, but this time you will use your newly created password. NOTE: Passwords must be changed every 90 days for employees and every 30 days for HCM operators.

17. Once you gain access, an Employee Self Service menu will appear on the left side of your screen.

18. Navigate thru “Personal Information,” “Benefits,” and “Payroll & Compensation” until the desired menu item is displayed.

19. To preserve the security of personal information available on the Employee Self Service website, always click Log Out (located in the upper-right corner of the screen) before closing your internet browser or proceeding to another website.
NOTE: Should you forget your password, click the “forgot password” link, answer the security questions, and a new password will be randomly generated, and displayed on the bottom of the security question screen when you answer all three questions. Once you use this password, you will be required to once again change your password.
