Cosmetology Data Sheet Submission Deadlines

The Cosmetology program is a cohort program with new cohorts beginning every Fall Quarter and every Spring Quarter. Because it is a competitive admissions program, it is highly recommended that students first successfully complete core classes  or be nearing completion of core classes before applying for admission into the Cosmetology program via the DATA FORM.

The Data Form is a personal information packet that shows the prospective Cosmetology student’s educational background, record of public service, self expression, etc. A Selection Committee scores the Data Forms and chooses the students for the upcoming cohort.

Data Forms are available in the office of Ms. June Mincey, Assistant to Michael Patterson, Dean of Instruction, Office 181A in the Administrative Building. They must be completed while the student is in the office. Data forms are due at the beginning of the quarter before the Fall Quarter or Spring Quarter that the student wishes to begin the Cosmetology program. The table below reflects data form deadlines. No exceptions will be made.
