Obtaining Your Email Address

  1. Navigate to Banner Web.
  2. Click Enter Secure Area.
  3. Enter your User Id (Default Id is your student number or SSN#) and PIN (Default PIN is your birthday in the format MMDDYY) number then click the Next.
  4. Click Personal Information
  5. Click View Email Address(es)

Check Your Email

  1. Navigate to the Savannah Technical College website.
  2. Click the Student Email link located at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click the Sign in button located at the top right of the page.
  4. In the Windows Live ID text box, enter your STC provided email address.
  5. The default password is your date of birth in the format MMDDYY
  6. Click Sign-in

Resetting Your Password

  1. Navigate to the Savannah Technical College website.
  2. Click the Student Email link located at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click the Sign in button located at the top right of the page.
  4. Click the Forgot Your Password? link.
  5. In the Windows Live ID text box enter your STC provided email address.
  6. In the Characters text box enter the characters you see in the Picture field above it.
  7. Click Continue and follow the onscreen instructions.
