The Campus Shops cannot guarantee and will not exchange textbooks purchased at other retailers. We recommend waiting to purchase your books no more than 2 weeks before classes begin to allow for information updates and to ensure you purchase the correct items.

**Our website lists all of the textbooks, new & used, that we carry. However, because inventory is constantly changing, we cannot guarantee that we will have a particular item in stock. If you order a used book, and there are no used books in stock, we will substitute your order with a new book and adjust the price accordingly. If you do not want substitutions, please select "No Substitutions" when placing your order. This will automatically cancel orders for any used books that are not in stock.

**The Campus Shops will give a full refund on textbooks and course materials purchased from our store if returned by the predetermined date; provided they are returned in the same condition they were purchased. New packages and codes must be sealed and all books/lab manuals must have all pages intact; no writing or highlighting. Original purchase receipt must be provided.
