The Student Activity Council enhances the lives of students by offering opportunities for leadership development, camaraderie, and participation in volunteer activities. Program areas elect student representatives. Student Activity Council officers are selected from the group of program representatives. The Student Activity Council plans campus wide activities and approves the annual budget.   Participation in the Student Activity Council allows students to express their interests, needs, and concerns.   The Council is a key information source for the total student population and the administration of the College. It is comprised of many and varied organizations that are linked to the program areas of the institution. The Council ensures that activities are available to all students to foster their personal growth and development.
